    Theatre & Dance, along with the College of Communication and Fine Arts, is engaged with a common reading initiative. The "common book" for the college this year is Twyla Tharp's--The Creative Habit.


  • Programs of Study in Theatre and Dance



    The Department of Theatre and Dance offers degrees in Theatre (non-teaching) and Theatre Education, along with minors in dance and theatre. Nearly 100 students along with faculty practice theatre and dance in a broad-based course of study ranging from history and analysis to design and technical theatre—from acting, voice & movement to management & public relations—from ballet, modern and contemporary dance to musical theatre.
