Actors only—
contrasting monologues; total of 2 minutesMusical Theatre—
Add a ballad and up tempo song (preferably from musical theatre) Bring music marked and in appropriate key. An accompanist will be provided 16 measures or 1 minute each; Bring clothing for movement auditionTechnicians/Designers—
Portfolio materials; 5 minute presentationAuditionees are encouraged to showcase in all areas that apply to them. Strong vocalists are encouraged to audition in the Long School of Music for performance ensembles that could carry smaller scholarship awards.

TROY DANCE REPERTORY ENSEMBLE auditions
Selected by audition either on campus or in a performance in your area, this highly select ensemble dances from all genres and styles as part of our University Dance Company.

MUSICAL THEATRE ENSEMBLE
Selected during scholarship auditions and/or through GENERAL AUDITIONS in the Fall. MTE is an elite performance group with studio for development of professional craft.

CLASSICAL ENSEMBLE
Selected by audition during scholarship auditions and/or through GENERAL AUDITIONS in the Fall; Acting group focused on classical works from Shakespeare, the Greeks, Moliere, and others.

PIED PIPER ENSEMBLE
Selected from entering theatre majors (freshmen and transfers); Improvisational children’s theatre tour group. A 35 year tradition!
